Gut Cleansing Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach (packed)
- 1/2 cup kale leaves (stems removed)
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup coconut water or water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash all the vegetables and fruits thoroughly.
- Peel the cucumber if it's not organic.
- Remove stems from kale leaves.
Blend:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
Adjust Consistency:
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more water or coconut water. If it's too thin, add ice cubes.
Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
